The ground floor and basement were fully stripped and redone, and a 20 x 19 ft extension with fully finished second basement was installed by well-respected local entrepreneur Roger deGroseillier in 2005. Cost approx 150k. A french drain was installed around the house at the same time. There are sump pumps in each section of the basement as a just in case extra.

A 12 ft x 12 ft solarium-gazebo-cabana comes with electricity, a ceiling fan and curtains, the furniture and fridge can be negotiated as extras.

The in-ground pool is heated by a powerful gas system that also takes care of the spa. (installed in 2005) The pool liner was changed in 2017.

Sprinkler system for the lawn keeps it looking great with minimal effort.

Beside the patio and easily accessed from the kitchen is a shelter for an outdoor kitchen with dedicated gas and electrical hookups, no more propane tanks or flashlights!

The garage is a paradise for a handyman, clean, heated, re-insulated, renovated with an 8 inch slab. Renovation costs in 2018 were approx 22k. The shared wall was reinforced during the major renovations.
